Bill worked as an engineer for Chicago Bridge and Iron prior to joining his father, Henry, to form H&B Contractors. Bill is a "hands on" owner and directs the day to day operation as well as company over-site. Bill is involved in the overall planning and scheduling for all site work.
Ken began his career in public accounting in 1970. He has worked in corporate accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for an oil field supply company; as assistant controller for a manufacturing company, and a construction company prior to joining H & B in 2000. Ken is responsible for the accounting staff and financial reporting.

Dustin's Internship and summer employment in the construction industry gained him experience in job estimating, project management, operating heavy equipment and as an aggregate materials lab technician.
Jason started working for TX-DOT as a summer employee while attending college. He worked three years with the maintenance department and two with the engineering department. Jason also worked previously for H&B Contractor as an equipment operator.
