Bill Glass General Partner E-Mail bglass@hbcontractors.com	B.S. Architectural Engineering, University of Texas Bill worked as an engineer for Chicago Bridge and Iron prior to joining his father, Henry, to form H&B Contractors. Bill is a "hands on" owner and directs the day to day operation as well as company over-site. Bill is involved in the overall planning and scheduling for all site work.
Kelvin Reinhardt Construction Manager E-Mail kreinhardt@hbcontractors.com	A.A.S. Civil Engineering, Texas State Technical College (TSTC) Kelvin has held positions as Director of Public Works and Director of the Street Division for the City of Waco. He also held the position of Civil Designer for Dow Chemical. He has 20 years of construction experience beginning with H&B Contractors in 1980. Kelvin serves as the Asst. to the General Partner.
